Emerald Beach One is a highly sought after neighborhood that is safe and has security patrol during peak times. It’s aa long stretch of coastal paradise rich in history. A sand between your toes kind of place that you can drive on and fish off of, enjoy the time here with the family and friends. It’s a laid back community with lots of entertainment, amazing restaurants and one of the kind Gulf Views.
Crystal Beach is reachable by ferry and bridge. Travelers from Houston take Interstate 45 to Galveston, then take the free Galveston-Bolivar Ferry on a 20-minute ride to Port Bolivar, where the Bolivar Lighthouse rises 117 feet above sea level. It's then 10 miles to Crystal Beach
