This historic and award-winning, Obie Bowman-designed cabin is sure to bring adventure to your next Sea Ranch getaway. This home features redwood-clad walls, plenty of natural light from beautiful skylights, and a second-story deck overlooking the Redwood trees. Built as one of 15 “walk-in” vacation cabins, this unique home's design was guided by a concern for minimizing the visual and physical impacts on the land. Vehicles for these 15 homes are restricted to a single parking area with easy access via foot trails and a limited use road for easy loading and unloading. Additionally, the lots for these homes are just large enough to accommodate the cabins, leaving nearly 90% of the land as a perpetual natural preserve.
Relax on the balcony overlooking a bird's-eye white water view of the Pacific Ocean. During the day, enjoy the nearby forest trails or cross Highway 1 to hike on the bluff trails. Head over to the shared swimming pools, saunas, and tennis courts at any of the three recreation centers. At night, you can relax and warm your toes by the wood stove while streaming your favorite movie via Netflix or DVD (there is a DVD rental store in Gualala) on the 50-inch flatscreen TV.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
