Contemporary designed 3 br and 2 bath.It is equiped with all kitchen amenities and has a washer and dryer.This Rental sleeps 8 .It is a cozy and quiet building.Walking distance to Petworth Metro station and Columbia heights Metro is a little further walk..It has Central Heat and Air.There is complimentary snacks,drinks ,coffee and more.No Parties , Events gatherings or Smoking.
