This is a great central area as a home base to explore Kingston or the rest of the Hudson Valley. Kingston & the surrounding area have so many cute shops and restaurants, nearby hikes, and lots of city-escape activities and events. Reach out for questions or more info! -We welcome guests staying for a remote work setup! There is a provided computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse in each house. Wifi is fast enough for video calls: 300MB download and 10MB upload.

-The property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, so please be respectful of neighbors and the environment. Be aware that there are no city lights throughout the neighborhood—but it gives stunning nighttime views of the stars! -The property is tucked down a long driveway. While the property has neighbors on all sides, you'll have plenty of privacy to enjoy yourself. -While the neighborhood is quiet, it's noteworthy that all of Kingston has a periodic train sound that hums in the background. One neighbor has chickens and a rooster, so if you're sensitive to sound I encourage you to close the windows and use the air conditioning.
