Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which offers a California king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private river-view balcony with two chairs. Open to the bedroom, the en-suite bathroom provides a large jetted tub/shower combination and a water closet. Another California king bed can be found in the second bedroom, which also has a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed and river views. The sparkling guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Overlooking the pool, the wraparound balcony has several chairs and a small table. Take in the pretty views of the mountains and river. On-site amenities include a seasonal pool (unheated and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
