Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. Parking for 6-7 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This home allows 2 dogs under 40 lbs. Additional pet fee applies. (No fenced in area; dogs must be on a leash while outside the home). Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. Most cell providers see interruption along River Rd. The owners have equipped the house with a cell booster, but we still recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling in the settings on your cellular device prior to your arrival.
