Unwind and escape! Enjoy scenic waterfront views on the Fox River, watch boating action, or rent your own and tie up to the free boat slips that are private to the property. This centrally located home is blocks from McHenry's downtown district bars, shops, ice cream, restaurants, coffee, antique shops, and live theater entertainment. Whether you want to enjoy indoor comforts, lounge on the bi-level deck out back in the private hot tub, or put in 18 holes down the block --you're covered! The space Enjoy style and comfort with classic 1920s architecture and woodwork mixed with modern amenities. Enter the front door to the cozy den / office / TV area and continue toward the back of the house through the fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and dining area. Next, pass into the great room with fireplace and a jaw-dropping expansive view of the back decks, dock, and shimmering riverfront. The house allows convenient separation of different families (or peace and quiet from the children) with one large bedroom and bathroom downstairs and two bedroom and bath upstairs.
We aim to keep this retreat in top shape, clean, and functioning like clockwork, but you'll have a dedicated point of contact to resolve any items or concerns that arise, at any time.
