Russian River Yacht Club is a water lovers paradise! This luxury, completely remodeled super sunny river front house + detached yacht houseboat can sleep up to 10 adults. Plenty of outdoor activities to go with this private river front beach; bocce ball courts, floating mat, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, wet suits, life vests, outdoor fire pit on the beach, roof top patio, fishing, swimming, and beach lounging. Great community, neighbors in close proximity. Beautiful, peaceful getaway. Good for retreats and rejuvenation. This is not a property where we recommend guests to work remotely due to the spotty rural internet connection and minimal cell reception. The entry of the main house is on the second level, where you'll find the large open floor plan living room + kitchen, big windows with river views, 4 bedrooms, 1.5 full bath, washer and dryer, large deck w/ hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ. The downstairs is 4th bedroom with king size bed, full bath w/ walk in shower and 2 shower heads for some clean fun, big windows with river views, sliding door access straight to the beach. Across from the house is a yacht houseboat which has been land docked w/ full bath + bed.

This private getaway is in the perfect location. It is considered apart of the coastal region of West Sonoma County but still close to local attractions. It's nestled just 10 minutes from the Coast (Jenner, CA). Bodega Bay is approximately 20 minutes away.A short 5 minute drive down the street brings you right into Duncans Mills where there are plenty of things to do; restaurants, bar, live music, coffee shop, wine tasting, shopping and general store. Approximately 15 minutes from downtown Guerneville and Armstrong National Woods Forest. About a 5-10 minute drive to Cazadero where local favorite pizzeria Raymonds Bakery is located. There is no shortage in activities to do in the surrounding area. This region is a outdoor enthusiast and water lovers heaven! The local neighborhood has a mix of very different kids of people, from aging hippies, to gay couples, to families of all kinds, to pretty much "you name it".
