After some fun and friendly competition, you can relax at either the indoor or the outdoor pool. A fitness center and lounge areas are located in the community center clubhouse. Bethany Beach and boardwalk attractions are located within a three-mile drive. The home's sparkling interior comes fully furnished for modern family comfort. Sink into the plush sofa and armchairs in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV, or gather for some casual conversation in the sunny sitting area. The gleaming full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to plan and prepare meals at home. The private backyard patio is ready for summertime festivities. Sofas and a smart TV in the upstairs loft provide additional flexibility for breakout entertainment. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of 50 dollars.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
