This high-end house in a charming old-FL neighborhood with a beach town atmosphere. A brand-new kitchen, 2 covered balconies, and a walled backyard oasis. Spend sunny days by the turquoise waters of the Gulf and host a cookout on the covered patio.
Enjoy the sea breeze while sipping your favorite beverage on the covered balcony off the living area. Lounge in style in the patio or go for a swim in the six-foot-deep pool. You're walking distance to restaurants/bars and 60 seconds to the beach!
Grew up Charlotte County and know the ins & outs of Manasota Key/Englewood Beach, Boca Grande and all what there is to offer! Both of us were raised and lived throughout FL--this home and town is the BEST place to truly getaway, disconnect and recharge the batteries w/o overcrowded tourists & traffic. A great staycation for Floridians who want a taste of Old FL too! Your family/friends will relax & nothing but good times at Sand Dollar Siesta!
