***Late June 2024-September 2024: Seven nights minimum. Saturday to Saturday check-in days only**** Chatham has awesome biking trails, pristine golf courses and gorgeous beaches! This quaint town also sports the premier college baseball league, the Chatham Anglers. Shopping and all levels of dining abound here for dine-in or take away. The outdoor patio/grilling area & 14’ granite countertop is ideal for lobster bakes! We also just added a stand-up arcade game with Ms. PacMan, Galaga & more!
I have lived in Massachusetts for over 20 years & I have always loved the Cape. I adore the town of Chatham & we hope you will love it as much as I do! Please communicate via AirBnB communicator both before, during & after your stay. I am extremely responsive 24/7 & promise to make every special occasion amazing for you!
~Quiet, residential area ~Minutes from area beaches ~Around the corner from bike path ~Walking distance to beautiful, quaint downtown Chatham village ~Plenty of parking on-site ~Walk to beaches is best, unless you arrive very early +/- 9AM ~Limited parking in the village but distance is certainly walkable ~Cape Cod rail trail is within minutes of the property! Bike rentals are available through local shops in Chatham that will deliver bikes to the Sandcastle ~Local bus transportation to the village from The Sandcastle on Main
