Nestled between hiking and biking trails, Tahoe Donner offers access to a private beach, downhill ski resort, cross-country trails, and an equestrian center. Check out the Trout Creek Recreation Center's pools, and fitness center for a small daily fee.
Tahoe Donner fine dining is just around the corner. Award-winning Lodge Restaurant & Pub serves up classic bistro-style cuisine, and Alder Creek Cafe is your go-to for farm-fresh lunches.
LIVING AREA
Soaring windows line the open-concept living room, furnished with a sectional, recliner, and 40in TV. A wood-burning stove is surrounded by an impressive hearth and adds warm ambience.
KITCHEN & DINING
The newly remodeled kitchen features ample counter space and stainless steel appliances, including a specialty magnetic induction cooktop. The breakfast bar offers seating for two, while the adjacent dining room seats six.
BED & BATH
There are two bedrooms on the lower level with access to the deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed, armchairs, and a 20in TV. The second bedroom features a twin daybed. The shared bath boasts a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
On the third floor, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth guest room offers a queen bed, bay windows, chair, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Find a queen bed in the fifth bedroom, and a walk-in shower in the shared bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Step out to the expansive two-story deck to enjoy woodsy views, a gas grill, and comfy outdoor furniture.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
