My partner and I fell in love with Flagler Beach over 30 years ago. We enjoy Flagler Beach because it is a quaint beach community without high rises or franchises. The community is friendly and the beach is wonderful. We bought our first property in 1999 while we were both teaching in Gainesville, FL., and the last of the five cottages downtown was remodeled in 2017. We also have two units to the south along the beach on Oceanshore Boulevard (A1A). We have fun with the process of continuously updating our units. We have been offering vacation rentals in Flagler Beach since 2001. I welcome your inquiries and respond quickly.

Sea Oats Studio is a great alternative to the cottages at Casas de la Playa Central. This unit encompasses a large open room, bathroom, full kitchen, and a semi-private fenced terrace entrance. This comfy studio has a dining area that includes a breakfast bar & counter. Smaller does not mean less - enjoy all the conveniences of a full apartment in a studio, including Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels. Sea Oats has all the elements necessary to make an enjoyable, and memorable visit to Flagler Beach. Sea Oats Studio, as well as all of the units at Casas de la Playa Central, is in the heart of Flagler Beach, one block from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. Take advantage of all the many activities of this small beach community by staying downtown.

The most attractive aspect of Flagler Beach is its peacefulness and small beach community charm. There are no franchises on the beach, nor high rises. There are several small local restaurants with excellent food, a couple of galleries, and a friendly neighborhood.
Flagler Beach is such a beautiful beachside town. It’s a great place to do nothing (when nothing means resting, taking a walk, going for a swim, contemplating how good life is, etc.).
Marineland is 10 minutes north, and Daytona Beach is 20 minutes south. Historic St. Augustine is a half-hour away, and Orlando and Disney are within an hour's drive.
