Welcome to your family’s beach paradise! Sea View Play is one of New Smyrna Beach’s premiere luxury homes located right across from the ocean waves. In addition to its 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom layout, this 3-story home is a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. From a first-floor suite to a crow’s nest with amazing views, your group of 12 will be never forget this luxe beach experience.
Sea View Play is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, Smart TVs, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a grill, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a half bathroom on the main level, a crow’s nest, and private garage/driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles.

The home is a 7-minute walk from the famous Flagler Avenue. You'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, beach rentals, and more here. It's also a 3-minute drive from the local grocery store.
The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
