In the summer, you're minutes from the beach and excellent dining options, and during the winter, you're centrally located for skiing at 3 major resorts. This home is the perfect Lake Tahoe launching pad! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Within walking distance to the house, you will find an endless network of National Forest trails perfect for walks, runs, and bike rides in the summertime. Just a short 2-minute drive will take you to Patton Beach, a beach that is great for swimming. Nearby Patton Beach you will find more entertainment and dining options such as the famous Garwoods Bar and Grill, a wonderful lakefront dining experience, CB’s Bistro and Pizza for family dinners, Magic Carpet Mini Golf and Arcade for the little ones, and a 7-11 for all of your late-night needs. The beautiful Carnelian West Beach provides another excellent swimming spot just a few minutes drive from the home.
