This condo is outfitted with a complete HVAC Ultraviolet light system that sterilizes moving air throughout the air conditioning ductwork. The UV light unit is installed in the return air duct and cycles on with the fan, and has been proven effective in improving airborne air quality, killing bacteria and airborne pathogens! Take advantage of the heated pool, tennis, bicycles, shuffleboard, hot tub, sauna, and gas grill all on-site. Sanibel Island is truly a tranquil experience and Shell Island Beach Club a terrific spot. This property does not offer an elevator.
