Summit has a small portfolio of unique, well cared for homes owned by the loveliest owners. They believe honesty is the best policy and are here to ensure you have the best possible stay in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Rental Agreement After you book with us we will message you some questions in order to get to know you better. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign. Checking In You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive. Communication You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.
