IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING: ** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in. Silver Lake Cabin #47 - The Lakeside Shangri La! Your family will make lasting memories while enjoying this newly built single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style cabin at Silver Lake. As you step through the main entrance, you’ll discover an entryway with ample storage that leads into a spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), plus a ductless heat and air conditioning system, a flat-screen monitor, a dining table that comfortably seats six, and a beautifully done kitchen with marble countertops, a combination island work station, and breakfast bar, all new higher-end Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, and a slider that leads to a full-length deck with a covered gas grill…all overlooking the lake. The cabin also includes one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a full bath with double wash basins, a large primary bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and another full bath en-suite with an oversized bathtub, a separate shower and double wash basins, plus a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. All this, plus you are just steps away from the lake…which can be accessed by a short trail. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Wi-Fi / NO Hot Tub / NO Smoking / NO Pets OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.
