This cozy Northstar resort townhome is ideal for your next family getaway. With a gas fireplace, balcony, and grill, you will be sure to make memories in a comfortable setting. The Northstar area boasts both summer and winter activities. No matter what time of year you are visiting, you will find something for everyone in your group to enjoy. Hit the hiking trails on foot or on bike. Five minutes away is Kings Beach, a popular North Shore escape. Enjoy every manner of winter sports like skiing, snowboarding, and skating. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a 10 dollars daily fee per person for use of the facilities. THINGS TO KNOW

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
