Perched on one acre along the shore of Silversands Lake, this 8,000-square-foot home offers 12 primary bedrooms and 15 bathrooms with nine-foot ceilings throughout. Eleven bedrooms offer deck access, and three feature Jacuzzi tubs-making this extraordinary vacation home an ideal getaway for extended families and close-knit friend groups. From sunrise over the ocean to when the sun disappears into Pamlico Sound, this property energizes, entertains, and eases you into vacation mode. Enjoy a friendly game of hoops and a competitive Ping-Pong match. Lazy afternoons can be spent in the enclosed private pool area with stereo surround sound and chaise lounge chairs that surround a custom 17-foot x 33-foot saltwater pool, along with a patio. Rejuvenate sore muscles in one six-person hot tubs before mixing beverages at the 10 x 16 ft custom tropical bar, complete with a wet bar and refrigerator. Fire up lunch on the grill and dine alfresco at the patio table. Two outdoor showers add convenience, and a cabana half-bath is located on the ground level. Ride the all-level access elevator to the first floor and discover a game room with a pool table, TV, and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and stove/oven. You’ll also find five bedrooms with smart TVs. The second floor reveals an exercise room and theater room. Wake up with a morning workout in the exercise room, complete with a treadmill, bike, and weight bench (weights not provided). The large theater room delivers a superb cinema experience with a 100-inch screen, stadium seating with 14 plush recliners, stereo surround sound, a wet bar, and a microwave to keep that popcorn popping. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 60 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
