Each vacation home is always cared for by our professional local teams who implement our high cleanliness and maintenance values, while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management--marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website--are handled by a specialized central support team. It's simple. Grab the family, friends, and some swimwear and head to this beautiful oceanfront home. The ground level has good parking, a carport, a basketball hoop in the driveway, under-house storage, a fish table, a bait fridge in the shed, a gas grill, and easy beach access. Local activities include beachcombing, birdwatching, boating, deep-sea fishing, exploring forests, hiking, history, horseback riding, kayaking, and parasailing. You're close to groceries, a marina, the Marlin Village community, medical services, miniature golf, churches, restaurants, and a bait shop.
Level one holds two oceanfront bedrooms with a large deck and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room is comfortable and freshly decorated, with tall ceilings, a renovated kitchen, and a 60-inch TV. There's also an office space with a standing desk—perfect for remote work or online school.
The outside sundecks overlook the ocean, offering a beautiful hot tub and plenty of furniture. The good-sized, third-level loft has a TV with a DVD player. This level is perfect for viewing the sunset over the sound side. This house has been created to Simplify your vacation!
Amenities include an Avon check-in location, an away-from-it-all feel, an oceanfront location, bay/sound views, a well-equipped kitchen, keyless entry, and an outdoor shower.
Things to Know
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility.
The club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
