With three separate living areas and a private heated pool, this charming home is full of comfortable spaces for guests to enjoy. Stay in the main house, the downstairs lounge, or in the guest house complete with a full bathroom - each area has its own private entrance. But no matter where you decide to relax, there's room for you by the pool! Feel free to set up the private gas grill and enjoy a relaxing night near the canal. Inside, guests will be able to cool down in central air conditioning. Board games and a DVD player are on hand for relaxing evenings. The private washer/dryer will ensure you have everything you need for your days enjoying the sunshine. Things to Know A futon in the downstairs area of the main house provides an extra sleeping space. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom in the guest house is only accessible via spiral staircase. This property is managed by Vacasa Florida LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
