The home is located in a modern neighborhood which is near local high school football fields. If offers four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms with several spacious living areas. It has an available two-car garage with direct access to the interior of the home. The home is centrally heated and cooled with a modern refrigerated cooling system. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, and modern appliances. In the backyard, our guests can enjoy cooking in the provided gas grill and sitting around a six-chair patio table.
The host and owner is a local building contractor who actively manages a variety of rental properties.
