Rarely available as a wholly owned unit, this luxury large studio offers all year fun at Breckenridge! Walk out/Ski in (Dec - Mid Apr), Oktoberfest September, Fall Leave color trails (mid Sep - earlyOct). Full kitchen, 1 Queen bed & 1 Q sofa bed , private balcony w/ slope mountain view. Steps to Peak 9 /10 Quicksilver chairlift via in building garage access. On Site Hot tubs & heated full size pool offer full Mt. slope view. Walk to Main St, Village & Park Av. for restaurants and shops. Garage parking valid till 4pm on checkout day. Check out and ski/ride! Text or phone your host for immediate attention.

This Marriot vacation club Queen Villa Studio is at the corner of Maggie Pond in the village on Main St & Park Ave. You are in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops (including ski rentals) in the village as well as on Main St. & Park Ave. Indoor Garage access to: - Quicksilver chairlift via Charter ski rental, closest to Village ski school - Full size heated lap outdoor swim up pool and outdoor hot tubs. - Resort own shower (2 stalls) There are two main grocery stores in Breckenridge: - City Mart (quick 5 min drive or 7-10 min bus ride from Park ave) closes at 11pm - Breckenridge Market & Liquor (walkable) 311 S Ridge St, closes at 9pm
