IMPORTANT: If arriving outside the listed opening hours - this may vary base on need but flexible:
- The surcharges of late checkin amount are 45 usd may/not apply after 20 O`clock
- USD assessed 65 after 21hrs. O`clock
- USD assessed 75 after 22hrs. O'clock
- USD assessed 100 after 22:30-23:30hrs. O'clock
**The full amount of the reservation is due 7-days before arrival. SoCal-Lux confirmation with detailed payment information will be sent. After full payment, address, and key access details will be emailed.
✔You must confirm your identification shared digitally (at least 7-days and no later 48hrs for clearance before you arrive through booking platform or whatapp messaging) and present it physically, with valid photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.
One of our staff members or partners will always be available on the community property or next door to assist you.

At your arrival, the central air conditioning will welcome you!
✔The palace-like two-bedroom suites are furnished with everything you need for a lux-comfortable stay. Each bedroom has a Cal-Queen Plush-Bed, and stocked kitchen with cookware and stainless steel appliances. We provide lux-towels, plenty washcloths and a balcony with a city view, awaits. SoCal Lux on Bixel provides certain accommodations that have an electric tea pot.
✔ The Smart TV in the living room come with apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and Apple TV. You can use these services with your own login, or with the logins that we provide. ✔ There will be an additional for any purchase without consent.
✔ Hollywood walk of Fame is less than 2.6 miles; and California Science Center is 3.5 miles from the accommodation, while Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County is less than 2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Hawthorne Municipal Airport, 12 miles from SoCal LA LUX on 3rd.
✔ Feel free to make yourself at home!
✔IMPORTANT: *For yours and others security and safety protocols: a soft background check may be conducted (if necessary). The property (hall-ways-living room only) are with security monitoring Noise-Decibel device (active with noise level raised only, and guest can make request to have this off during their stay, or simple cloth placed over it for added privacy) with booking check-safety compliance (a 2,500-3,500 USD will be assessed for any interruption/damage with devices), we may reach out after booking to collect additional details (when necessary).
✔*Guests are required to have No Contact with permanent resident Concierge, Security and Offices' (we have our own specific staff for your arrival, so you are a guest, and have no requisite to those permanent direct access), additional charges (up to 2500 USD assessed) may apply if breach.*

The Aparthotel standout features are the private pool-with hot-tub and sauna. This spacious apartment includes 1 large living room, 2 separate bedrooms suites and 2 seperate ensuite-bathrooms with a bath and free toiletries.
Guests will find a stainless-steel stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a barbecue. The air-conditioned apartment offers a flat-screen TV with optional free streaming services, a ensuite washing machine, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area as well as city views.
