Solace Haven is a well-equipped three-bedroom, two-baths on the second floor of a well-maintained two-unit house located at @112 Lehigh Avenue, a serene part of the Weequahic area of Newark, Nj. The property is one block away from Beth Isreal Hospital, a 665 - quaternary bed care teaching hospital that provides comprehensive health care for the people of New Jersey and its environment. The well-maintained house is located in a strategic end of the town, within 8 minutes proximity to Newark International Airports and 12 minutes to Newark Penstation and Prudential Center in Newark. Solace Haven has easy transit connectivity to local buses and Nj bus 107 that could take you straight to New York City. The property is a six-minute drive to Weequahic park, which has space for numerous sports activities: a good 18-hole golf course, tennis court, and football/soccer stadium.
Solace Haven is owned by married couple Ayo and Tobi both of them are committed to offering impeccable customer services to their guests with the sole aim of giving every guest a "home away " from home touch. Tobi is a CPA, Ayo is Real estate investor ,they both have two boys and a girl.
Lehigh avenue is safe neighborhood and easy accessibility to nice groceries and a good safe park.
