This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Okemo condo is located in the Solitude Village community, offering a ground-floor, ski-in/ski-out location on the Promenade trail. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room will keep everyone nice and warm during the stay and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef of the group needs to whip up tasty meals.
Solitude Village is conveniently located on the mountain and when you book this retreat, you and your friends will have easy access to the Solitude Express quad lift and the Morning Star lift. Solitude Village offers a Lodge with several amenities which will appeal to skiers and non-skiers alike. The Lodge has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, and Ping Pong table. In addition, the Epic restaurant serves lunch during the winter season.
Bedroom #1: King plus full bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower
Bedroom #2: One set of bunk beds (full over full) plus one twin trundle plus full bath
Living room: Sleep sofa and a half bath.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
