GUARANTEE POLICY

A Valid credit card is required at check-in for room charges and incidentals. Before checking in, we must be able to authorise room and tax charges for your stay, as well as an additional security deposit of up to USD 250.

NO-SMOKING POLICY

Staybridge Suites Columbia – Baltimore is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of USD 250 is levied for each instance where a guest is found violating the rule in the property. Continuous violation will result in further action by the property with no refund.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 02:00. Check out time is by 11:00 on the check-out date. Any delayed check out will attract additional costs, up to 1 night's stay. Please call the property on the day of check in to find out about early check-in availability.

PET POLICY

At Staybridge Suites Columbia – Baltimore, we recognise that your pet is part of your family and are pleased to welcome up to two pets per room weighing a max of 68 kg with a non-refundable sanitation fee of:

•USD 75 + tax for a 1-7 night stay.

•USD 25 + tax per week after 7-night stay.

Guests are required to declare pets at check-in, failing to do so may result in the property applying an additional fee to the pet fee. Additional fees may apply if the number of pets, their size, or the property changes.

ADDITION / MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

Please get in touch with Booking.com right away to check on the policies that govern your reservation and regarding any modification/addition/cancellation you wish to make. Policies under which Booking.com made reservations are full & final. The property is obligated to follow the guidelines in place for your reservations & charge accordingly. NO SHOW POLICY

Please contact Booking.com right away to check on the no-show policy governing your reservation. The no-show Policy under which your reservation was made by Booking.com is complete and final. The property must follow the guidelines in place for your reservations and charge accordingly. Staybridge Suites Columbia—Baltimore has no authority to make any deviations/exceptions to the policy on your reservations.
