This custom-built home is located on the marsh side of the island and boasts fantastic views, a private walkway to the beach, and a screened deck. The open floor plan interior has high ceilings and a bright, airy feel. After a fun day on the beach, guests will love coming home to sink into the sofa for a movie night. When hunger strikes, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops. Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms has its own private bathroom and a door that opens out onto a deck. Outside, a walkway leads you to a dock and the sound. When you return home an outdoor shower is available for you to rinse off the day's beach activities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
