Conveniently located in the heart of the South Beach Golden Triangle, just between Lincoln Road and Española Way, next to the Mariott Courtyard on Washington Av., Between 15th and 16th Street, just steps from the beach and from Ocean Drive while being quiet.
French educated family (Dentist and CPA), willing to share our South Beach (Miami Beach) experience. Enjoy life and discover the world. When the apartment is booked, you'll be asked to provide your picture ID (requirement for all legal short term rentals in Miami Beach). When it is completed, the guest receives the codes to enter in the building, the code that will open the door of the apartment during his stay, the wifi code and several instructions.
South Beach is the ultimate holiday destination: sun all year round, huge beach, a multitude of restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques, galleries ... Parking permit available upon request
