Enjoy incredible accommodations in the heart of Ballston, Arlington. This beautiful apartment offers spectacular views and exquisite design, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It is located just three blocks from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, and just minutes from iconic landmarks such as the White House, Capitol Hill, and Georgetown University. Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area

The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following:

• Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties)

• Damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy)

• Any damages exceeding $300 per stay.
