A newly built home located minutes away from Dallas Downtown, Uptown, and Bishop Arts District. Home itself is very specious and private with a lots of brand new amenities to make you feel at home. This gorgeous house offers 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. It can accomplish 14 people with all the luxury beddings. Fully equipped kitchen is dream come true for people who love to cook. There is huge green outdoor and furnished patio to relax and enjoy beautiful Texas weather.There are 2 total cameras onsite. 2 Exterior (driveway, backyard). The home is for your enjoyment as long as you can follow these basic rules: - Respect the neighbors for their privacy - Any loud noises reported by neighbors will result in a penalty fine per occurrence. - We have to be respectful to our neighbors. - Absolutely no parties will be tolerated - your RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED - NO EXCEPTION PLEASE! - No Loud Music - No Drugs, No Weapons allowed on the premises or garage. - No congregating in front of the home. - Everyone inside after 10pm so neighbors are not disturbed. - No smoking in the home including vape.
