This LISTING is for the entire home both the upper and lower units.*****

Neighbourhood information

PRIME, DESIRABLE LOCATION!!! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, retail stores, and the beach!!! The Splash Inn is located directly on the main strip of Tybee Island (where highway 80 turns into Butler Avenue). The closest beach access by foot is located on 13th street across the street! Free parking is available at the property in a spacious, gravel lot. Once you are settled, there are options to rent bikes for the duration of your stay on the island. However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as shops so it won't be necessary to purchase transportation if you do not want to. Parking throughout the island is metered to the city of Tybee, and is strictly enforced. Ensure you download the Tybee parking app or pay the parking meter if you decide to park anywhere on the island that is not the Splash Inn's parking lot.
