My Wife Kayla and I fell in love with Tybee when we got stationed here in Savannah in 2019 and we decided to start a company in which we extend island homes to others visiting the island. Relaxing dog friendly unit with shared outdoor pool, outdoor shower, & full kitchen, steps from the beach! Enjoy a beach getaway on the South end of Tybee. Walking distance from Tybee's restaurants and bars. Extremely convenient location and free parking! *Please note: This unit is one of two units in a duplex. This is the listing for the entire UPPER unit which is completely separate from the bottom unit.

Neighbourhood information

The space is the entire top unit of a duplex with a screened in front porch that has stairs down to the pool area. There is a porch swing and seating area on the front porch. **pool area is shared with bottom unit** *Please note: this is a dog-friendly property and we encourage guests to bring their furry friends a Free parking is available at the property in a spacious, gravel lot. Once you are settled, there are options to rent bikes for the duration of your stay on the island. However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as shops so it won't be necessary to purchase transportation if you do not want to. Parking throughout the island is metered to the city of Tybee.
