Welcome to the modern and centrally located St. Paul Speakeasy in the Grand Ave/Summit Hill neighborhoods! This private lower-level apartment features modern comforts and has multiple rooms with space to sleep up to 6 people. The Wi-Fi is fast and off-street parking is free. The apartment is located minutes from all the Twin Cities has to offer including the Xcel Energy Center, universities, United Hospital, Grand Ave, Hwy 94 , and all the restaurants, bars, and other neighborhood attractions. THE SPACE This bright basement 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a private entrance offers everything you need to make your stay feel like your home away from home. Enjoy the entire unit with modern amenities, all while maintaining the comfort, flexibility, and privacy of a vacation home. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire basement apartment with their own kitchen, bathroom, living room, multiple sleeping areas and arrangements, and laundry. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE There is a 3 ft wide staircase with shorter steps that leads down to the 900 sq ft basement 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and there are five stairs that lead up to the entry door from sidewalk.

You'll be minutes from local universities, downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis, the Xcel Energy Center, Mississippi River, and Fort Snelling. The airport is a short 15-minute drive.
