Absolutely no day visitors or guests not on the reservations - fees will apply - Max 2 guests Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at 50 and goes up depending on shipping cost. *Quiet time is 10PM-8AM *Max 2 guests - including children or infants - Any guest not disclosed in advance of checkin will be charged at double the nightly guest charge(plus taxes, 55.50 per night) for the duration of your entire reservation. *We charge for INFANTS, they do count in the guest count (county requires accurate guest count) please ensure you have included them as "children" on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation. *No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, electric, water, etc *Smoking/drug use anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum 100 fee. *We are unable to allow pets/animals as we have a family member whom regularly uses the home and has an extreme allergy. We charge a five hundred fee for undisclosed pets/animals to ensure the safety of our family member.
