Property information

If you like the beach, you will have an unforgettable beach vacation in the most luxurious home setting. This 1000 sq ft newly renovated, 2 bedroom 2 bath home is directly across the beach. Sleeps 6 has 3 parking spaces, including room for a boat or camper. Relax on the patio furniture and fire up the gas grill. Launch your boat at the city boat ramp on 15th Ave. The gourmet kitchen has all you will need to prepare a meal for your group and family. Outdoor shower, well-lit private entrance.

Indian Rocks Beach is an amazing laid back beach town. IRB is very clean, safe, and walkable. It has local restaurants and bars with live music that everyone enjoys going to. The residents here are amazing and welcoming. The beaches are not crowded and very clean. We loved it from the first day we arrived here. This house is located right in the middle of the action. IRB is a very safe and walkable beach town. You can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and gift shops. Clearwater Beach and Johns pass are fun places to visit and are just a short ride away. The beaches offer a trolley and Uber is plentiful at the beaches.
