Property information

The owner's favorite unit! Newly renovated throughout, all furniture is new, cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Conveniently located across the street from the beach, restaurants, and bars. With a privacy fence and a private outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. This unit has free parking which is scarce on the beach, stocked kitchen and bathroom. We provide self-check-in and check-out. This unit can be combined with a larger luxury unit to sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

Amazing secluded and clean beaches. Indian Rocks Beach is a very welcoming walkable neighborhood for all ages, it is clean and well-groomed. Great service at the local restaurants and public amenities. There are 3 free parking spots at the unit. There is a city bus line, trolley, and Uber for transportation. Conveniently located between Clearwater Beach and Johns pass. Fly in through Tampa international airport or Saint Petersburg airport.
