Breathtaking Sunsets combined with a Powder Soft Sandy Beach & Aqua Blue Water makes AMI a very desirable Vacation Destination! Average temps 84 degrees. The Condo is in between the Beach & the Bay! It's an ideal location for everyone including Families, Couples, Friends etc. Within Walking Distance to Restaurants, Bars, Live Music, Shopping, Water Sports, Boating, Cruises, Fishing etc. What I love the most...you don't have to drive...you can Walk, Bike, or use the Free Trolley.
I live in upstate NY. I currently have 3 Airbnb's to share. Sacandaga Lake NY, Anna Maria Island FL and Key West FL. Each place is special in it's own way! I love being able to share the Happiness of these three places with my Guests. Welcome! I am always a text or phone call away. I answer my Guests promptly!
Right in the heart of everything. The beach is a deeded access directly across the street. You can easily walk to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. It's a beautiful very clean neighborhood. Bike, Walk, Free Trolley or the Monkey Bus
