Wonderful, DOG FRIENDLY beach cottage with lovely backyard oasis including a hot tub under a canopy for shade, fenced in yard and large deck where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktails. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach this property is so convenient to walking to the beach and boardwalk! There is plenty of living space with two indoor living rooms, TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment, an an office space in an upstairs bedroom. There are also new quiet air-conditioning window units installed in 2023. Spend your days at the beach, then come home to relax in the backyard while grilling dinner and soak in the private hot tub. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 1 King Bedroom 4: 2 Twins Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit. Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase. Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
