Short 2-block walk to Stockyards. Rustic & fully remodeled 1920’s, Cowboy themed guest house, w/vaulted & beamed ceilings. 2 BR, 1 bath, +queen sofa futon w/ 8” mattress….(comfortably sleeps up to 6).
Privately situated behind the main house, in a well lit, quiet & secure gated back section of the property. Secured, off-street parking for 2-vehicles
Large farmhouse style covered front porch, and a private, shaded & peaceful back deck, w/ BBQ Grill. Fully applianced and appointed kitchen.
