Location! NY studio in Staten island, 30min to Manhattan by FREE 24/7 ferry. The ferry goes by the Statue of Liberty; breathtaking views of the city skyline. It’s a BASEMENT studio that sleeps 4 people. It has a separate entrance, kitchen, shower, access to a garden with a hammock and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill. It is sanitized with 70% alcohol and ozone. The studio is steps from the Empire Outlets, city’s biggest outlet shopping mall. Outside smoking is ok, no smoking inside.
We are a family of international journalists who love to travel. We stated hosting in an attempt to help make travel to our beloved NYC more affordable.
St George neighborhood by the ferry is one of the city’s secret gems. It’s vibrant and diverse. It has the city’s only outlet shopping mall the Empire Outlets. There are restaurants and shops, bakeries and cafes, and truly beautiful parks.
