Enjoy a beach vibe studio home in a quiet neighborhood. The studio is right in between downtown St. Petersburg (10min) and the beach (15min). The home features a newly updated full service kitchen, Roku TV, coffee bar, queen size bed, dresser filled with extra linens & beach towels. Outside is where you'll find washer and dryer hookup. There is space to park two cars in the driveway. The property is next to a house that's also being short term rented.
