Very near to the center of Indianapolis (~10 min walk), 1 minute off of the Highway. 5-10 minute walk to the center of Fountain Square. 5 Min walk to Eli Lilly, 15 min walk (1 mile) to Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Arena. 1.5 Mi to Indiana Convention Center. Basically centrally located to everything. Perfect location in Indianapolis to get anywhere in Indy in 15 minutes or less. Within 0.5 Miles of 4-5 craft breweries, wine tasting shops, restaurant all within 10 minute walk. Perfect location for enjoying and exploring down town Indy on foot, bike, or scooter. Walking to all the points of interest is very doable and very close. Biking and bike lanes are very prevalent and easy to get anywhere. And of course driving. Scooters are very popular in the city as well. They are fast, fun, and all you need is the app and a credit card and you can literally go anywhere in the city.
