This recently renovated 2 BR / 1 BA unit is conveniently located in the heart of Bonita Springs, just 2 miles from Barefoot Beach, 3 miles from the historic downtown district, and within walking distance from a shopping center, featuring Publix Supermarket, and a number of shops and restaurants. This unit is part of a duplex in a quiet cul-de-sac and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a beautiful, private outdoor patio featuring a dining area, fire pit, grill & games.
Hi, I'm Paul and I look forward to being your host here in beautiful Southwest Florida. I have lived here since 2003 after leaving the freezing cold in Boston, MA and I haven't looked back! I will do my best to make sure your stay is enjoyable and since I'm quite familiar with the area, I would be happy to make recommendations as to what you can do. I'm looing forward to meeting you!
