My cabin has breathtaking 360° vistas of Ute Pass and Rampart Range. Guests can take a stroll down to French Creek or explore the back roads leading to Manitou and The Incline. Despite feeling secluded in the middle of nowhere, downtown Colorado Springs is just a 25-minute drive away. Accessing the property usually requires a 4WD or AWD vehicle, as the steep one-mile dirt road may be challenging for vehicles with low ground clearance. Snow chains or other traction devices may be required in winter.
