Come check out this beautifully styled loft with soaring ceilings, just steps away from the lively entertainment district Over-The-Rhine! Our bright and open loft in the heart of OTR is just steps away from the best cocktail bars, restaurants, breweries and cafes. Conveniently located between Vine Street and Main Street and close to the the street car, you'll have easy access to sports stadiums, music venues, and event centers! This second-floor walk-up is designed as a beautiful and open loft with plenty of space for relaxing, doing yoga, or whatever it is that your heart desires. You'll have a gorgeous, spacious kitchen and living area, a queen bed, and two smart TV's. There is a half bath downstairs and an exquisitely tiled full bathroom upstairs, along with an in-unit washer and dryer. You will have access to the entire unit. OTR is an amazing neighborhood full of some the best restaurants, bars, shopping in the region. A blossoming entertainment district that is a wonderful place to visit. Walkable to everything OTR has to offer and just 2 blocks from the Main St. Streetcar stop to reach downtown/Banks. The second bed on the listing is the sofa bed in the living room, and there is a queen sized air mattress available to sleep additional guests.
