Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom retreat!Tranquil water features, waterfalls, & lush gardens, our spotless modern home offers a peaceful escape.Inside, you’ll find a spacious kitchen, a family room, three TVs, 2 fireplaces and his/hers bathroom sinks.With 1700 sq ft, every room has views.Large master bedroom adds a touch of luxury and has an exterior door.3rd bedrm/tv room/entertainment room off the family room.Explore nearby attractions:Battle Ground State Park, AlderBrook Park, Hockinson Market. Local treats at the scoop ice cream,taproom, hard ciders,wine,pizza.
Hosts live on the property, available for questions and assistance or to replenish kitchen and bath needs. Hosts are friendly, welcoming and love to share the beautiful apartment in this country setting
Driving into the neighborhood lets you know that the million dollar homes and properties are upscale, well cared for and have a look of the gentleperson farmer. Rail fences, horses and small barnes puncuate the neighborhood. All lots are 2.5 acres so lots and lots of privacy. Walking the neighborhood is 3 miles, and the property itself has walking paths with places to sit and enjoy the waterfalls and nature. Our home is close to Battle Ground State Park and about 4 miles to downtown Battle Ground. Battle Ground is a charming country town just 10 miles north of Vancouver and about 10 miles to the Alani Casino and 15 miles to Portland for tax free shopping.
