Kenneth spends his days working as a fundraiser for a historic home, and as an artist working in mixed-media. Scott directs senior living communities and is involved in several community organizations. We like to meet new people, travel, explore cities, see theatre, read, cook and hang out with friends.
We moved to Washington in the late 80s. Except for a seven-year stint in London, Washington has been our home. We look forward to sharing our insights about the city.
Hip, historic neighborhood dating back to 1900 with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Metro/Subway is a 10 minute walk which will take you to the National Mall is three stops. Brick sidewalks, very diverse, neighborhood-y feeling, but in the heart of Washington DC. Convenient for the DC Convention Center, 20 minute walk, or brief uber ride. A great coffee cafe with a lovely patio is a 3 minute walk from the house.
