This is a very nice 14×80 manufactured home ,on a double lot ,plenty of room in a very quiet nice neighborhood,less than a block from the water with beautiful views..Also has WiFi.
Small nice 60s era neighborhood,thats quiet an very pleasant,three streets that lead directly to the inland side of the Sound ,Waterway only few hundred feet to walk for beautiful views,only 10 to 15 mins. From the beach , which is actually on the other of sound an waterway, but have to travel by car.Very safe haven an surroundings to be in,with eating ,dining ,shopping close by....
